Services Description

Blinds & Curtains Professional provides custom window treatment services including:

• Free in-home design consultations
• Custom blinds and curtains manufacturing
• Protective roller blinds and mosquito nets
• Motorized window treatment systems
• Professional installation services
• Dry cleaning and maintenance services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Consultations and Quotes

Free Consultations

We offer complimentary in-home design consultations. These consultations are provided at no cost to you and include:

• On-site measurements
• Fabric catalog review
• Design recommendations
• Preliminary pricing information

Consultations are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to limit consultation availability based on location and capacity.

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on material availability, market conditions, and project specifications.

Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before production begins. Any changes to the original quote will be communicated and approved by you before proceeding.

Orders and Payments

Order Acceptance

Your order is considered accepted when we provide written confirmation, typically via email or signed contract. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your contract. Generally:

• A deposit may be required to begin production
• Final payment is typically due upon completion of installation
• We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards

Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to pursue collection of overdue accounts.

Custom Manufacturing

All window treatments are custom-manufactured to your specifications. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled without penalty, as materials may have been cut and prepared specifically for your project.

We strive for accuracy in all measurements and specifications. However, due to the custom nature of our products, minor variations may occur. We will work with you to address any significant discrepancies.

Installation

Installation services are provided by our professional team. Installation dates are scheduled based on availability and will be confirmed in advance.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring access to installation areas
• Removing furniture or obstacles as requested
• Providing a safe working environment
• Being present or designating an authorized representative during installation

We are not responsible for damage to existing structures unless caused by our negligence. Any pre-existing conditions affecting installation will be discussed before work begins.

Warranties and Guarantees

We provide warranties on our workmanship and materials as specified in your contract. Warranties typically cover:

• Manufacturing defects
• Installation workmanship
• Hardware and mechanical components

Warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
• Normal wear and tear

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Blinds & Curtains Professional and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

User Conduct
